I guess the best way here is to use 2 USB 3.0s and install Fedora from one Live USB to another but the thing is, the SUB speed is pretty slow and it takes forever to install and even after the installation, the USB 3.0 where Fedora was installed starts acting really slow. At least not with distros other than Ubuntu alone. Even the Rufus' persistent size option doesn't seem to work. But every time I boot up, the changes are lost. It seems whenever i use Rufus on my Windows 10 laptop to create a USB, the USB works lightning fast if it's not persistent. (I udnerstand the commandline persistence methods might differ from one distro to another, So I'm listing Fedora's modus operandi here.) Where X is the device letter as shown on fdisk -l or lsblk.
